Integral Awareness Training—Tracking, Bird Language & Nature Awareness

Instructors: Jon Young and the Shikari Tracking Guild

Program: Join Jon Young and the trackers from the Shikari Tracking Guild for a truly deep exploration of nature through the lenses of tracking, nature awareness and bird language. Participants will enjoy exploring many aspects of tracking’s powerful and rich traditions exploring native skills of awareness, wildlife science, ecology, inner awareness and cultural mentoring. All this will be related back to the ancient understanding of caring for the natural environment.

In this program, we will explore the world through tracks, trails and the “eyes” of many keystone species of animals, birds, reptile and amphibians. We will link this to the world of plants and soils, weather and water and much more. Human impacts will be reviewed as part of each day’s routine
