Ecology of Leadership - Alumni Summer Convergence

Aug 5 2011
US/Alaska

Offered: 2012 to be announced
Location: Commonweal Garden, Bolinas, CA

Come re-ignite your fire, get support, and supercharge your summer by connecting with other inspiring EOL graduates. The EOL alumni community is filled with vision-holders doing extraordinary work - within and without. And as this network continues to grow, we want to find more opportunities for you to connect with one another, support each other, and help evolve our collective service in the world.

This third annual Summer Convergence is a way for all of you alums of the flagship 5-month EOL program or the EOL immersion program to bring your current growth edge into a strong container of fellow EOL grads, integrate and deepen your learning, celebrate and play, set intentions for yourself and your work in the world, broaden your connections with other leaders, and support the evolution of this work in our shared communities.

This weekend is designed to strengthen you on your path, deepen connections among the EOL network, and to exchange ideas, best practices, and inspiration with other alumni. Come to further develop your heart-centered, nature-sourced leadership, and experience the benefits and power of a collective leadership community.

In addition to having time for alums to connect and play together, we will have collaborative design processes to focus on what is most alive and relevant to attendees right now. Do you need support for a particular challenge you are facing?  Do you want to re-ignite your fire, form alliances, or are you finally ready to compost something that has been holding you back?

Come get charged!
