Open House and Tours
Coming by one of our sites for a tour or open house is a great way to learn about and experience the kind of education we offer. We regularly hold Open House at Commonweal Garden, and occasionally offer scheduled tours of the Permaculture Institute of Northern California (PINC) site in Pt Reyes. Both sites are private residences and therefore we ask you to come only during scheduled events. COST: $10 per person, kids free. Fee waived for those who are unable to pay.

James Stark will educate and inspire as he takes you through our 17-acre farm nestled on the edge of Pt Reyes National Park. He will guide you through features like our on-contour production garden, cob constructions, chickens and goats, heirloom orchard, grey water systems, passive solar camp showers, production greenhouse, yurt classroom, and more.
As you tour these features, James will highlight how permaculture principals can be applied in your own life to create sustainable and regenerative home and community environments.
