Facilitation team members must be able to participate in the events and responsibilities listed below. Can you foresee any challenges with this? If so, what are they? *

a. All program weekends b. A full day pre-launch retreat 9 am – 9 pm in Bolinas the day before each program starts. c. Pre-weekend facilitation team meetings the evening before each weekend starts, from 6 – 9 pm. d. Post-weekend debrief meetings every Sunday evening from 6-7:30 pm e. One facilitation team conference call between each EOL weekend f. Support of a group of 5-6 EOL participants between the weekends (format TBD, but may include making yourself available for conference calls, and email / phone correspondence)

Facilitation team members are each responsible for holding a small group (pod) of participants, which includes an average of 2 meetings in person or on the phone between each weekend. What is your capacity, availability and willingness to support a pod? *

Applicants for the facilitation team MUST have completed an Ecology of Leadership core immersion program (4,5 or 6 month). Which EOL did you participate in? *
