On larger leaves cut a sharp V on either side of the stem to remove it.

Brush them lightly with oil and sprinkle with a little salt and any other seasonings you like.

You can sprinkle them with salt, spices, herbs,  nutritional yeast, tamari or whatever flavor you like. It's fun to experiment. t on them. You can make them herby or spicey as you like.

Put them in a dehydrator until crispy or Bake at 250 degrees for about 20-25 minutes or until they are crispy. You may have to turn them over and bake for a few more minutes depending on how thick the leaves are and how much oil you put on them.

Enjoy!
